Education
I graduated from Temple University with a 3.65 GPA and a bachelor's in Strategic Communication - Public Relations in Spring 2013. I'm also graduating with my master's from St. Joseph's University during the Summer 2015.
Experience
I'm a professional communicator that involves writing, speech writing, reading, etc. on a daily basis. I've always wanted to be a tutor because it allows me to give back to those who needed and provide an opportunity for everyone to receive the education that each person deserves. Knowing that I can play a role in someone's academic development by guiding and coaching someone is what motivates me. Deep down, I believe everyone has the urge and need to learn, it's just a matter of connecting with them and showing them the way. I served six years in the military and I've been a supervisor to individuals where they needed my guidance and tutelage. I've helped individuals become successful for promotion boards and other competitions where they needed to learn material to succeed. Additionally, while at Temple University, I was often the student assisting those in class in understanding and comprehending the material. In grad school, the program requires coaching experience and also provides courses that involve coaching and teaching individuals.
